DFL 1 de 2000 Minjus, artículo 2514 (del art. 2, que refunde el Código Civil)

Texto

     Art. 2514. La prescripción que extingue las acciones y
derechos ajenos exige solamente cierto lapso de tiempo,
durante el cual no se hayan ejercido dichas acciones.
     Se cuenta este tiempo desde que la obligación se haya
hecho exigible.
