Artículo 8°.- Sin perjuicio de las facultades de la
Contraloría General de la República, corresponderá
exclusivamente a la Superintendencia de Seguridad Social la
interpretación de esta ley, impartir las instrucciones
necesarias para su aplicación y fiscalizar la observancia
de sus disposiciones.
